• Preparing drive routes, maps, checking azimuths, scrambling codes prior to drives, install and updating licenses,

installation of software tools, install drivers for hardware

• Set up and operation of TEMS Investigation Tool Kit, versions used 12.6 to 14.6, familiar with and use of UMTS1900

2100 and LTE scanners, check antennas/gps, cell phones, data stick, ensure cable quality assurance

• Troubleshooting and ensuring that all test equipment is functional, liaising with Ascom when necessary

Uploading drive test data files, pre and post analysis of drive data in ATIX

• Use of TEMS pocket tool, loading map-sets and recording log files

• Locate and check cell sites in all technology’s UMTS1900/2100 GSM /2G, WCDMA/3G, check UARFCN/ ARFCN

RSCP, ECIO RSSI, RX LEV, CELL ID scrambling codes, azimuths, propagation, check neighbors and cell ID's are

correct in all sectors ALPHA, BETA , GAMMA , DELTA,

• Reduplicate dropped calls and record data using TEMS, one way audio testing, live traces

Inter and intra frequency soft and hard handover checks WB AMR- RNC testing, perform necessary tests

• Perform E911 call tests

• Create and close trouble tickets in AIMS with regards to customer complaints, checking status of serving cell sites

• Use of Atix, Homer, OSS, Outlook, streets and trips, advance knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other in house

applications
